Not in the last two days. They've had a run of disastrous news though. They missed their quarterly profit estimates, took a write down on some of their big brands to the tune of like $15 billion, they lowered their expectations for future profit margins and cut their dividend.

The company has a ton of debt following their merger still. Hard to say what will happen, but I'm sure the other big food conglomerates are licking their chops at the opportunity to pick up the pieces if things continue going south.
