Where would you rank Prohm far as big 12 coaches go.

So wins dont matter and it appears like recruiting doesnt matter either? What are you basing your rankings on?
???

Well... the quote you referenced was in response to me saying that Boynton has done more with less. I amended to the quoted.

Wins do matter and most every coach in the big 12 currently has a better than .500 record against CSP. Does that matter?

You mean like Solomon Young being out for the year and Lard missing today and other stuff?

I can agree that the team really hasn't improved, although I'm not convinced that they're 'loaded' with talent.

Omg, not the Solomon and Lard excuse again, beat all the Big 12 front runners without them, now all of a sudden it's their fault we can't beat NIT teams.

Are you kidding. They are beyond loaded. The only thing they are missing is a traditional PG.

They have 2 freshman and a sophomore with NBA buzz. Extremely serviceable posts. And the Big 12s leading scorer.

Like we are in year 4 or 5 and every year there is disfuncional off the court stuff going on in the background. Player effort stuff, team rules stuff, character stuff, etc. That stuff is cancer for a team in season. Steve has to learn how to better handle and keep his team jelled. His message is not getting heard year over year. Time to change the message or change the approach. But seeing he won’t even change up a game plan I’m expecting his stubbornness is the cause.

Maybe it was exceptional coaching that caused those wins?

Are they the only team with young players with NBA 'buzz' out there? Is 'extremely serviceable' even a thing, and is that what puts ISU 'beyond' loaded? Like, doesn't that basically mean pretty good?

Who's a consistent shooter? Defender? Who can ISU go to for a bucket when they just need to stop a run, or go on a run? Which two players work the best together, like in the way Brown and Wade do?

So no, not kidding. They're talented but this isn't '92 Duke or something.

At what point is it up to the team\ seniors to fix attitude problems? Everyone wants Prohm's head but what about the team leaders? I think Prohm has his limitations but he has stated that he's tried to make adjustments. He cant give the effort for the guys on defense for example.

Today was as bad of an effort they’ve had in at least 6-7 years.

He called timeouts to stop runs, he yelled he taught he cajoled.

Today was totally on the players. Starting with cameron’s decision to walk off thursday.

I’m not excusing Prohm at all with this, but the NBA buzz around those 3 is a joke. None of them are close to being NBA ready because none of them are that great right now.

Boynton is 11-23 in conference but keep putting him ahead of CSP.
