Wasn't Elijah Johnson's dunk before the horn? TH's was well after and I believe he knew it.
Yeah...you have a point there.Agree but after the last few weeks, **** em
Nick has been nothing but class since he transferred to ISU. Didn't get a lot of PT his sophomore year but was very useful off the bench. Had injury problems his junior year. He's had some hiccups this year but his effort and attitude are always there. I just think he's been a great Cyclone.NWB played REALLY tough and maybe not enough being said about it. Guy played hard and took it to the basket not leaving anything to chance. Played tough D all game and made FTs.
Maybe Shayok's shot will get all the glory but I think NWB may have been the MVP. Great play by the seniors.
When we are at our best, Nick is just all of the place. He's hustling for loose balls, making open shots, driving to the basket, and rebounding. He got away from that during the streak. I don't think because of effort but because he consistently plays hurt.
Outcoached by Bruce Weber again. We left Lindell our way too long to start the 2nd half and our offensive design has been terrible. No adjustments or plays of any type.
I'm also fairly certain that TH didn't grab his nuts at their student section.
Apples and oranges. KU was up 10 and we stopped playing D. Tonight we were up 4 and KSU hadn't let up.I don't fault him...but it can be bad optics.
Do any of you remember how pissed off we were at Elijah Johnson?
TH's dunk was after the horn he knew it - only people getting upset are K-state poor losers. If it was before the horn I get it but it wasn't.I don't fault him...but it can be bad optics.

Thanks dad.I’m sad that clonedlion, Freebird and Cycloneman24 have to take a break from complaining about this team and coach because we won.
One of these days the refs will do NWB a favor and actually call a foul when the opposing team slams him to the ground when he drives to the lane.

Just love posts like this.
I thought it was fitting that Lindell got both on a key one and one late after missing the front end of a late one at Hilton.
Total team win. That momentum change in the last two and a half minutes was one of the biggest gut checks in recent memory.
