It didn't it flew over the rim, they stopped the clock because of a a violation. It never touched, they stopped play. Should the play not stop at the end of the 30 then? OR when they decide to stop the play maybe? I don't know, it deems like everything else is based on when things happen, why not the end of a defined 30 second period? It seems logical to me, but then maybe its not.
Why doesn’t Prohm work the officials like all other coaches do, especially when they are screwing your players like these guys are?
And the refs to either call it tight, or don’t call it all, but stop guessing.
If only there was someone to have a game plan to put these kids in positive scenarios to have good shots at the basket.
I agree but time is now of the essence. We need to get the lead in the next 3 minutes.
He’s fine. He’s a net positive usually considering his defense and his ability to not take the worst possible shots like our other guys.
IF they released the ball before the shot clock expired. When that happens, the it is a play. If it never hits the rim, they stop play. I assumed that it would be at the end of the 30 seconds. Silly me. Are you an official or have the article that cites the rule and how it is implemented? That would help a lot.

Guys, you want to stop the dude in red when he cuts to the basket. Forgetting that is how layups happen.
Finally called a foul on Wesson. He’s been getting away with a lot of contact.
