They we’re going to win a slugfest. The game was allowed to be played extremely physical. It’s crazy that there was so much body on every play, and couldn’t get a call.

We got nothing from three guys. Shot terrible with some good looks.

This is honestly the main problem with basketball at both the professional and college level. The game has evolved into an overly physical game that it was not intended to be.

We won the Big 12 championship so the season ends as a success, but we were never able to find the last couple pieces of the puzzle to get the chemistry right. Sucks. When the draw came out my expectations for this game went down as I didn't think we could run with the UH anyway.

Maybe this game marks the end of the 4G offense at ISU and given what we have coming back for big's(Jake, Cam, Solo and George) I won't object.

This. Even with suspensions and injuries that may have necessitated the need for a 4 guard offense, they had ALL SEASON to incorporate an offense with two "bigs" once suspension was over and George C. proved himself as a more than serviceable player. Just don't understand why it wasn't tried at least once. At least I don't remember two bigs at anytime during the season.

Possibly both regular season games against Baylor we win with a second big. We kicked their *** in every way except grabbing rebounds and lose balls. Probably the closer of the two TCU games too, that other TCU loss was just brutal though.

no. They swept Iowa and finished 4th in the Big 10. They also had a 5 seed in the tourney.

OSU finished 7th in the Big 10 and lost to Iowa in January. They split the series this year

Yes he did. He made plays. Fred also had some inbounds plays and knew when to let George go iso. They helped each other, that's the point.

After having some time to cool off, they were the better team tonight. What a waste of a season. I’m not saying I want Prohm gone, but the seat is getting warm in my opinion.

You aren't listening....the players can play well and shoot well and win. Like last weekend, but that wasn't coaching, that was shooting. Coaching is getting players shots with drawn up plays, or making defensive adjustments, or trying different rotations. It should be a combination of both, don't you agree. So tonight, nobody could shoot well and we are all standing around looking at each other (you can't argue that) so that is where coaching comes in. When the shots don't fall, the coaches coach.

Not by much. I mean we played like crap, got head scratching bad calls, didn't change our game plan the entire game, didn't double team their clearly best player the entire game and still had a lead with 3:00 to play.

I’ve stayed off the message boards for a while, so don’t roast me...what is stopping Fred from coming back? Is it respect for Prohm? Honest questions...

This has already been established. There is no way to know at this point. If you are asking if we can all look around the country and find a coach that is more proactive than Prohm, I don't think it will be hard to do.
