As a character I really like Negan. The problem with him is he is usually involved in waaaaaay too much dialog. His scenes tend to drag.

Yep. Personally, I was looking forward to them turning to Negan to develop a plan to defeat Alpha. But even when they retrieved him from his cell to keep from freezing, his character immediately pissed me off again in his dialogue via Gabe and Rosita. FFS, just shut up and be a decent person.

I guess he redeemed himself saving Judith. Going forward, his character needs to develop more from the caricature villain he became.

Season 3 was great. Season 4 was a dumpster fire. **** scott gimple.

I thought that the first half of Season 4 was decent and that the introductions of the new characters were well done. I even thought the intersections between the flashbacks and the present day were pretty good. The second half of Season 4 was just God awful; I had to stop watching halfway through when they made some crazed, filthy vagabond woman a supervillain on par with Negan and Alpha. Gimple redefines incompetence when it comes to TV.

Oh yea, I repressed that. I don't how many times I was saying just kill her and be done with it.

You guys have me excited to see this car wreak that I am working towards. I am only on episode 8 of season 4. I am like some of the people above, I thought season 1 was awful so I quit watching, but I wanted to catch up when I heard Morgan as on FTWD.

Finally got around to watching TWD season finale. Wow, that wasn't even a very good mid-season filler episode, let alone a season finale. Overall I'd say this season was an improvement, but what a let-down of a finale. Snoozeville.

So this is back on. Satellite crashes to earth and remains intact enough that Eugene can salvage parts from it.

When is the last time that anyone on the show was bitten by a zombie? It happened all the time in earlier seasons, but now they are all invincible. Even minor characters don't die by zombies anymore. It's to the point that seeing a horde of zombies on screen doesn't even make me think anyone is in any danger at all.

The zombies got all the "low hanging fruit" in the first seasons. The remaining characters have skills.

That is still pushing it. I laughed when I saw Judith out there dealing with the zombies at the beginning of the episode. Seriously. They used to protect the children, but now they bring them along on zombie killing raids. I mean, they try to put in a close call here and there, but I don't even buy it since the zombies now seem to pose zero threat.
