There's nothing that says you can't **** can someone for it. When Colorado legalized it, our office manager essentially told us “don’t do it.” I emailed our HR person and asked if they were going to update the policy and she just replied with “Come talk to me.” They’ve never had anything but a verbal policy on it as far as I know.
