Does anyone know if stadium seating like this has ever been an actual considered upgrade for JTS? Cost and Capacity I'm sure would be considerations but probably mainly cost. Just curious if this might ever be in our future. Sure looks Purdy!

It should be. I think it comes combined with an expansion on the north end so we don’t lose seats.
I doubt it. We started paying for the chairbacks a few years ago which is just fine by me and well worth the extra $ to not get squeezed out of your seat. I don't see that kind of seating working well for the student section either.
Guessing that would reduce capacity by about 10%. Those seats look wider than the current spacing.
No way they move away from bench seating. The cost would never be recouped.
It has been discussed but not planned. They might try to do it with the SPC but don't know if they will be able to get it done with the budget from the north end zone concourse work.
