Chili Season Week 2 Poll-Beans

We do beans. Sometimes black, sometimes kidney, sometimes pinto. Depends.

The best way to do chili is to add some smoked brisket to it. Almost the best thing to do with a brisket.

Mrs Grimes are essential if you are using canned beans. Store brand don't compare

Beans are a must, but they have to be dried; canned beans are nasty. I realize it takes longer to soak the dry beans, but there's no comparison.

I'm a recent convert from canned beans to dried, and I can't agree with this statement enough. And it's not even that big of a hassle. Throw some beans in some water and let them sit overnight.

I dipped my cinnamon roll in the sausage gravy. Don't knock it til you try it!
