Sometimes Iowa State looks like the best team in the Big 12.... And sometimes they look like the worst team in the Big 12.... Hoping to see the other half of them soon..

If the start of this game is any indication the wind is going to make this game brutal for both sides offensively
Purdy is amazing, but he has that gunslinger mentality. Why go for the sure thing when there is a potential for a big play there.
It would be good for our coaching staff to remind the referee on their side(and the white hat when he can) that it is a "point of emphasis" that they call the offensive holding penalty.
This winning in the margins thing is strange. It doesn't look like that's what you are supposed to do, but I guess I don't know what winning in the margins looks like. If the idea is to have false starts, awful special teams, etc. then we are the best!
3 rd and 3 onto wind. Maybe run it twice. Special teams just aren't prepaired week on and week out.
On the bright side Meeker got away with a nice hold on the false start. Between that and McDonald getting held looks like they are going to let them play.
Does anyone else think that proposal was of the shotgun variety?
