I was being sincere. I was on the Born bandwagon, but other posters put me in my place about him, made it clear that the only way he would be able to come to ISU is if he walked on. Bayless might be just as good, but his numbers don't indicate that he is. And ISU has shown no interest. Could that change for him after 2 years at DMACC? It could, but history pushes me to think his only shot at coming to ISU is as a walk on, even after 2 years at DMACC. Born and Bayless would be tremendous upgrades over our current walk-ons IMO

You're to ignorant to argue with. Because you think your **** don't stink you instantly elevate your opinions to absolutes. Backtracking isn't going to change that. IMHO you just need to STFU. I'll have you on ignore before you read it so in final I hope someday you'll be able to dislodge your head from your ass and have a productive future.

Thigpen Bayless was basically a name back then. One of the best back courts in the NCAA

For sure. Remember the '92 tourney game against Kentucky? Bayless Thigpen scored over 60 in a close loss. The Bayless side of Thigpen Bayless went to the line like 10 times. Nobody could guard him.

...until the next game. (Had they been allowed to continue)

Didn't Laettner send Kentucky home in the next round with his legendary buzzer beater?
