I would agree if I thought the transfer rule was gonna pass but it’s not at this point. Need guys who we KNOW are going to play next year. Prohm can’t afford to have another 15 win season. If you think the negative recruiting is bad now, just wait until next offseason when he’s coming off another losing year.

The grad transfers who would make an impact are dwindling. Might as well plan on a rebuild year with sit outs and hope they are eligible.

I would be fine with that if we didn’t have two losing seasons in 3 years. If you’re gonna do it, you can’t half-ass it. Might as well add 4 sit outs. And this is assuming we can add quality sitouts like Perez and Brown, which who the hell knows if they will. The transfer list is dwindling altogether and Prohm may may be screwed either way. I’m just tired of ******* losing and seeing people make excuses for it.

If prohm is only targeting sitouts he's either confident they're going to get waivers or been told he has 2 more years

And a bunch of us are tired of getting on recruiting threads and seeing people constantly cry and ***** about every little thing they can.

If this were the case I hope Young transfers. He deserves a shot winning. Hopefully we get a PG that will be eligible in the fall and this talk is for not.

Ok then enlighten me if next year doesn't add an immediate eligible PG and the Prohm ends up with all sit outs as Go Cubs suggested why wouldn't you prefer Conditt and Foster get the minutes?

They absolutely need to land someone like JCL. He’s not an elite PG by any means but you can’t go into next year with Walker as your starting PG, no matter what the plan is.

Sorry that I don’t find 12 win seasons fun? You guys can have have a blast accepting mediocrity.

Id be fine with a PG and two-three sit outs. I think we are better than last year everywhere but PG. Obviously the one time transfer rule passing and going into effect immediately would be more fun, but Prohm likely isn’t getting fired next year either and I could LIVE with the encouraging freshman class getting experience and being primed for a real good year the following year.

But yes, if being tournament bound next year was an option obviously that would be the top choice.

Hard to say who commits, and what waivers will be had at this point.

Posters not voicing their displeasure at every turn somehow equates to them accepting mediocrity?

When I see people that think punting next year is ok, that’s accepting mediocrity. How is not making the tournament 3 out of 4 years after year 6 ok?

It's not ok missing the tournament 3 out of 4 years. What does ******** on a message board accomplish? If you need to vent then vent I guess. Prohm is unfortunately still here, and with the current climate will possibly be here two years. It's not accepting mediocrity. There's literally nothing we can do about it.

He's won two big 12 twelve tournament titles and been to 2 NCAA's. This isn't Craig Brackins we're talking about here.

Stop your whining .

No side pollutes a thread worse than you Pollyanna types. Go back and read what this poster said to start this. If you can’t handle that, grow up.

Are you an expert in that?

Please stop turning everything into a Prohm pissing match by overreacting to valid criticism or concerns. Thanks in advance.

I literally asked him a question.

How did you survive the McDermott era without jumping off a bridge...?

Are we supposed to fire him and hire somebody else ourselves? What are WE supposed to do? Shall we protest?

Another familiar name enters the portal.

@mzintiz Have learned that Arizona State forward Romello White has entered the transfer portal as a grad transfer.

Atlanta native who has been a three-year starter for Arizona State. Averaged 10.2 points and 8.8 rebounds per game last season.
