I am pretty confident both stay regardless of record. I wish Foster wasn't hurt, he'd be a beast. Unfortunately on the post game show last night he said he's just going to have to play through his foot injury all season.
That is unfortunate. Did they say what it was? Hopefully it isn't something that needs surgery, because if it is, he should probably just get it fixed now.

Heft asked him about his injury and X just said it'll probably be there all season so he just needs to play through the pain.

Is it a forgone conclusion that Foster stays and Hunter stands by his commitment if we go 3-15 in the Big 12. You seem to insinuate that both Foster and Hunter stay regardless of the outcome of this year. I'm not sure that is a safe assumption to make. I would love to have Hunter but at the end of the day whether we have Hunter, or not, if we keep CSP what evidence can we point to that he will get us back to where the program was six years ago.
LOL, where are we getting 3 conference wins?

The bottom line is Prohm flat out can't coach at this level. I tried warning you guys about this 3 or 4 years ago. I never thought things would end up this bad but you could see warning signs in that very first year that he was in way over his head. His debacle in 18-19 is what really convinced me he sucked badly at coaching.

I dont know what they should do with him at this point. I agree with everyone that you keep Campbell happy at all costs but how much longer this dumpster fire in basketball continue?

A small part of me wants to believe they can get better next year but what indications are there for any hope?

Does Foster stick around and want to play for a program that wins 1 or 2 conference games?
Does Hunter still end up coming here?
What signs are any of these other freshman showing that they can be high Big 12 level contributors?

Dubar looks completely lost on the floor most of the time and somehow he starts. He wouldnt start for any other program in the Big 12 right now.

Walker and Blackwell arent even good enough to get minutes on the worst Power 5 team Ive seen in my lifetime.

Tre Jackson is a serviceable Big 12 bench player but not a guy thats going to affect wins or losses.

I could go on and on but the bottom line is this program is in a really bad place right now, Prohm either needs to do the right thing and resign at the end of the year or Pollard needs to make a move.

I think he's a good coach. Are there things he needs to improve in, yes.

You don't win 20+ games in 7 out of your 10 years as a head coach if you aren't a good coach.
What have you seen that makes you think he’s a good coach? Is it the lack of development of players? The lack of chemistry his locker rooms have had since Naz, Deonte, Monte and Matt left campus, to the point where players are fighting each other and some are on the verge of walking out of the program? The inability to have an offensive identity? The inability to recruit players that will buy into a program? The in-game player mismanagement with subs? Killing any sort of momentum by calling a time out? Not being able to make adjustments? Having a team with players who can’t rebound or box out?

Because if you think those attributes make someone a good coach, specifically at the Power 5/6 (whatever it is) level, then I’m sorry, but you’re settling for mediocracy.

I posted why I think he is a good post.

You can keep complaining in threads on here, but the fact is it isn't going to change anything.

It also is something you do AFTER setting the standards and getting buy in.

He had his issues and plenty wouldn't want him back but for example, Larry was not liked by some of his best players at first and ended up with lifelong bonds in the end.
Larry E definitely got his teams to play hard. I would like some of that back.

I'd be thrilled with mediocracy!!
