The thing that Kirk doesn't seem to understand when he's all "Why can't Iowa State fans understand I was just telling that what usually happens" is that he **** at our first sign of joy. We all realize that having a successful coach means that he'll always be in demand. I don't think there's been a game in 4 years where the announcer hasn't made some comment about Campbell leaving. But Kirk was such an ******* about it.

Also, 2028 is interesting in that its well past the current grant of rights expiring. That's probably a good sign for how any early talk is on renewing that.

Hope so. But with his player and young men development goals I'd say engagement with class of 22, 23 a higher priority.
