People have renewed already? I have not seen an email. Guess I better get on that.
We still don't have an email from Athletics about this.

I don't think they've sent any ticket renewal emails yet (at least I haven't received yet either). I believe the people talking about renewing are referring to their donation piece - you can renew that for 2021 already. Tickets specifically start tomorrow at 10 - and yes, supposed to be an email with more info - maybe not until tomorrow morning?

Yeah, they had a presale last week & the regular sale starts tomorrow. Cost is $69 + $15 processing fee. Parent pass is $199.
Question. So if we have season tickets and also buy a junior cyclone club for the kiddo, do we still have to buy a parent pass?

Question - for tickets/parking, is a $500 donor given the same priority as a $999 donor? I've gotten season tickets for the last 5+ years, but this will be our first time donating. I'm assuming even if I bump up to $750-800 that a $500 donor with more priority points will still get to pick before me?
My understanding is that it goes by your donation level then by your priority points within that level.

so Yes, for your question a $500 donor with more points will pick ahead of you.

Just donate at the next level of $1000 and jump ahead of ALL the $500-$999 donors!!

Go Cyclones

I rolled my tickets over from last year to this year. I see my ticket prices went up. Which is ok with me. I figured they would. But I have not received an email for the additional money. I guess I am being paranoid and don't want to miss out on the upcoming season. Any info would be helpful from my fellow fans I would appreciate.

Historically, initial ticket renewal emails have come out the afternoon of the first day of ticket renewal month.

I would just get on cyclones.com sometime after 10 am today & start the renewal process. I would assume they will have a credit on your account to apply against the new tickets, but you will still need to go through the renewal process.

I just got the email about one minute ago.
Because of this I looked again and ours is here, too. Still strange how some people are getting notified about some things and others have heard nothing except through media and on here.

Just got the email as well.

I elected to defer my tickets and parking pass from last year to the 2021 season (instead of getting a refund due to COVID). It was expressed to me in some emails with the ticket office that my tickets would simply auto-renew for the '21 season, however that is not the case. With the increased ticket prices we are now on the hook to pay the difference.

A bit of an annoyance, but hey, we won the Fiesta Bowl and we're ready to roll again!

A dumb question: Can you still print digital tickets to use? My FIL attends occasional FB games and there's no way he could use a phone for his ticket.

They have a prompt about that when I logged into my Cyclone Club account. They are going digital-only tickets this upcoming season, just as they used this past season.

i saw that, that's why I asked. Digital means a bar code, right? So scanning a printed bar code should work the same as scanning an electronic bar code, shouldn't it?
