Yeah, i dont think McDermott or Chizik belong on here.

McDermott was 'good coach, bad fit" he left on his own and i'd say on decent terms with the university.

Chizik was in the early stages of a rebuild, and Rhoads benefitted from that. His hiring did what it was intended to- spur interest and sell a larger number of season ticket sales (remember the thermometer?)
