Comparing shooters of bygone eras doesn't work well, these guys jack up 30+ footers these days.

They had some really good years with Kidd and then Nash. Might have made a finals in there somewhere but I can’t remember.
OK, yeah for sure. Kidd, Nash, Dirk!!! Super team indeed. Three of the what top 100 all-time?

Really, ok. Which ones, other than the couple years Dirk was contending and the one year he/they won the title? I can't remember back that far.

The point is not about what they’ve done in the past (although they had kind of a “super team” before super teams were cool). The point is that Mark Cuban doesn’t just let his best players walk and he will always be a player in FA and in the trade market.

Case in point. He got Porzingis from the Knicks, right? Maybe he hasn't turned out to be quite the star, yet.

That shot by Doncic over Leonard a few moments ago, but then that pass by Leonard for the 3.

Outstanding.

What is the black curly ribbon thing Mark Cuban is wearing on his head/neck, after the game?

Clippers may be an average team, but I’m never against getting to watch Leonard in the playoffs for longer. Dude is special. Straight up willed his team to a series win.

Way up there
Leonard won't do the same things but to me he effects the game in the same manner that someone like MJ did where he just seems to influence everything even if he's not on or with ball.

He's the most valuable player a team could have in the playoffs. No one else's best player can check the other teams best players. He guarded Luka when it counted, he'll guard Mitchell when it counts, they advance and play PHX, he'll guard Booker, Denver he'll guard Jokic and MPJ, he could guard Giannis, KD or Kyrie...you name it. There just aren't guys who are elite both ways anymore, he takes it to entirely other level being a lock down defender against anyone's 1-4.

And still go and score 25 points per game. Unreal.

He has never guarded Jokic and he wouldn’t now. Jokic is way too big for him and would abuse him. Look at last years playoffs. It was Zubac.
