Niang must not have had a good night. Jazz Twitter roasting him
He has not had a good series so far. He was really good in round one though. He's got a tough matchup against the Clippers since he's basically forced to defend either Leonard or George.

The lost of Murray is hard to overcome. I'm kind of amazed they got out of the first round.

Combine the lost of Murray with the confidence Phoenix got by eliminating the defending champs and you have ingredients for series being over in 4 or 5 games.

If Denver goes out 0-4 they still had a good season in some ways given the injuries. They basically had to retool the team midseason for injuries.

I have been impressed with Bogdonavic defending Kawhi. He's nowhere near as good but he is giving it everything he's got and does a good just being pesky and annoying. It's like watching Hornacek try to d up Michael Jordan 23 years ago, you know who will win most of the battles, but it's hilarious when the pasty, less-athletic white guy gets a "w" every now and then.

Milwaukee still shooting like crap they just got lucky that the Nets shot worse. They are going to have to be better on offense to win the next game.
Mitchell is just dominating the Clips. Looks like it will be Jazz-Suns which should be a really good series. Think it will be Sixers Nets and I think the Sixers will pose some problems for the Nets because they can put Simmons on Durrant and Embiid should own the paint against them actually the Sixers as a whole should own the paint against the Nets with Harris, Simmons, Embiid, Howard. Question will be how they guard the 3 point line vs the Nets. I would pressure them and force them off the 3 pt line. I would rather give up 2s than 3s.

Idk why the Bucks aren't aware of the advantage they have here against the Nets, last nights game was almost like the they were trying not to win. Nets have no answer for Giannis, he can get paint touches whenever he wants, I just don't get it.

Yeah, I didn't know he had that type of defense in him. He's been known as a good offensive player and shooter. Utah's been really smart with how they've defended him. They've been putting Ingles or O'Neal on him for the first 3 quarters, and give Bogdonavic a lot of rest. Then they're shifting over Bogdonavic for the 4th quarter and he's fresh enough to give max effort on an already worn out Kawhi Leonard. He's not the quickest guy, but he's got size, strength and length. His 4th quarter defense on Kawhi is a HUGE reason Utah is up 2-0. He's been solid guarding Lebron in the past as well. He seems to do well guarding big, physical guards that aren't necessarily going to drive past him with quickness.

The problem for the Bucks is they have a Steve Prohm level coach. Spread out and just iso iso iso iso. It’s pretty maddening to watch. People think Budenholzer is a good coach but he gets embarrassed in the playoffs because everyone else easily out schemes him.

Bud also let’s Giannis be the PG all the time instead of having him catch in the low block from a better facilitator like Holiday. Instead we see Giannis continually try to bully his way to the rim from half court or worse yet, shoot 3s.

This. Blake Griffin was guarding Giannis free throw line and in. Spacing absolutely destroyed by letting Giannis set up the offense all game. I don't care what he's doing, Giannis should be able to take Blake's lunch money at will.

Embiid twisted his foot/knee and is hobbling a little.

Danny Green in a boot.

He's not an amazing player but a solid veteran defender.

Stat just came up. Jokic is the first player ever drafted in the second round to win the MVP.

Phoenix has too much horse power for Denver. Nice to see Monte bouncing back into form at least

Yeah, Denver was pretty solid that quarter and they still lost ground. Phoenix is just NBA Jam levels of on fire right now.

Paul’s shoulder must have been blown way out of proportion, there’s nothing wrong with him.

Would a healthy Murray make this a completely different series or are the Suns too good even with a full strength Nuggets? If so, the Suns got really good faster than I anticipated.
