ANYthing Def Leppard, Guns N' Roses, AC/DC

Hell, Led Zeppelin broke up in 1980 and they are the best there ever was so they are my favorite '80s band. Rock N Roll!!!!!!!

Saw GNR in Ames about a month ago, Axl Rose is kinda a jerk, no wonder the rest of the band left....:(

I have a great ISU memory that begins at the Cave-In, ends at Cap Timm Field and revolves around the John Fogarty song, "Centerfield" :wink0st:

"Put me in Coach, I'm ready to play, today; put me in coach, I'm ready to play, look at me, centerfield..."

Going down memory lane once again, Foreigner came out with a pretty good album in the early 80's. I believe "Juke Box Hero" was one of the better songs, but I'll always remember it for "Urgent". A friend from Corning argued that they were saying virgin rather than urgent, and the memory of his drunken rendition will always bring a smile to my face...

The Vapors - "Turning Japanese"

Great song! I have tried unsuccessfully to download this song onto my IPOD. It is nowhere to be found digitally. What gives? You can find the Violent Femmes and many other "oldies" (God, I hate to say that!) online digitally but for some reason not Turning Japanese by the Vapors. Can anyone help me out here?

Def Leppard -Rock of Ages. Favorite song by them heard it when I was in like 2nd or 3rd grade and my music world opened up.
The the Bloodhound gang ruined the intro forever though b/c when it plays I get all excited but then I have to hear uh huh uh huh and all the girlies say he's pretty fly for a white guy... it brings brings up quitew a rage.

All I can think about with Journey is a Jim Mora like tirade - Journey? JOURNEY?? Don't talk about Journey. Journey??

Hewy Lewis and the News kick butt! :yes4lo: 'You mean the world to me' played at my wedding.

Duran Duran, Men and Work and Genesis/Phil Collins were pretty good too.
