ticket transfer issues?

anyone having issues transferring tickets from their Cyclones ticket account? I'm trying to transfer tickets to someone. They are getting the email, they click "accept" and it says "oops, we're experiencing technical difficulties" Tried numerous times last night and again this morning

Last week I had no issue. Had three tickets I bought and sent to a buddy, he was able to accept right away. Could be a new issue though.

got it done. good to know - yes, they need to create an account at cyclones.com through Ticketmaster.

Had no issues last week. Make sure the person accepting has a Ticketmaster account.

We split our 4 season tickets with family...just transferred 2 of the season tickets (you have to do it one game at a time) to a family member using the cyclone app and a simple text message to the family member. Worked slick! The Cyclone app gives you a link that gives specific instructions on how to do it. You can either text or email the tickets.

I grabbed some singles for friends coming down to various games... do you have to transfer the tickets? Or will putting them in my wallet and then send them work?

When our transfer using email didn’t work, text was the next option. Found out during call to ticket office that you must use the app to transfer by text. And they acknowledged that info isn’t explained anywhere.
