He may have been away from coaching a while, but he has been watching game film from every team, so he may have a pretty good idea what's going on. I'm guessing he is visiting Leach to learn about his offense, I wonder if he has been visiting alot of coaches, gathering info to help himself out...

Kids have changed in the last 10 years and I would think so has recruiting too, he would need to get some assisants that are up to date with the game
