I've always been intrigued by this and want to try it, but two things keep coming to mind. One, chili over spaghetti sounds like poor people food. Two, their chili looks like absolute milquetoast garbage.

Well, like the video says, gotta try it once.

Maybe I'll try it for our first roadtrip out there. Just gotta figure out how to time it; do I want to risk diarrhea before the game, or before the trip home?

One would think that "Skyline Chili" would be better with macaroni noodles instead of long a@@ stringy spaghetti noodles. It also needs tortilla chips for dipping.

Here's a hint, the Chili made in the midwest also looks like hot garbage to us southern folk. Been in the deep south for over a decade now (Louisiana) and I'm not sure how I ever survived in Iowa with such horrible food.

Seasoning should never be optional.
