I’ve said for years that Texas was never missing the talent, just a competent QB and a coach that could get them to play as a team. They may have found those this season.

They need a coach to break down these all hyped up entitled Texas HS kids though.
If Sark had gotten that mentality from Saban, that will help.

Rattler looking like Purdy when they try and do to much

If you watch them closely, they have a lot of similarities. Both make amazing and beyond stupid plays that don’t seem like they come from the same player. But they both also look a lot better than they might otherwise seem when they have WRs that can bail them out several times a game.

Must be what they teach in Arizona HS ball.

I’m far from sold on Sark. This happens every first year after a coaching change in Texas.

I really started to think OU fixed their defensive issues last year but they're playing to the 'defense optional' crowd very well.

I may regret saying this but I think we need to pump the brakes a little on Texas being a great team. When any team gets on a roll and then is aided by turnovers they look unbeatable. Let's at least wait for the game to be completed before we hand them the conference championship.

We’re almost half way through the season. How long should we wait?
