Another scout noting Lipsey performance from the event.

“The Ames native who is running with D1 Minnesota isn’t a wild athlete…”

I smiled when I saw that. Pretty much the same thing everyone said about Tyrese leading up to the NBA Draft. How’d that work out for him and the Kings?

Little different and people were also saying Haliburton was one of the best players in the draft.
But I do like Lipsey but I don't think he is going to be a big contributor for awhile at ISU. But he will be a great piece off the bench to play defense, hustle and run the team.

Halincadenza, I must say I'm a little concerned with your infatuation with but's in this post.

watching stuff like that makes me go he's going to be a great 4 year player for us. Nothing super athletic and his shot isnt perfect yet but he knows how to play and win which is 99% of what you want from the pg position, he's going to be a favorite in time.

We had some great things happen during the four consecutive years we had a PG dominate the big 12 in assists, steals and TO stats. It was really only the last two where he gave us a ton of scoring.
