It cropped up about ten years ago online, if I remember.
Pretty appropriate consider 90% of the Internet is about enjoying the suffering of those you hate.
The other 10% being porn (9%) and legitimate business (1%).

I dunno - I'd say you reap what you sew. If the report is true, he broke the rules and got caught in an era when it's really tough to actually break the rules. If anything, I'm glad this report is coming out. Maybe it will finally force those last few holdouts to recognize that Hoiberg was never a choir boy and "The Mayor" was only a TV marketing campaign character. You can only hope this lets the rest of the ISU fanbase move on.

Rick has been a walking stain throughout his career. Not saying that one problem can't sink Fred, but he'll likely be fine in the long term as people have short memories.
Cheating but not winning is the issue.
