I'll take it, Tech is no joke. I'm glad we'll get them out of the way early. Just no fun to play.
All is good. We are out of the twilight zone. The earth, sun, planets, and stars are in alignment again.
That type of attitude is the type that leads to someone never breaking a shooting slump.
Yeesh, when Tech gets their top 2 scores back, they are going to be really tough for anyone in the conference to beat. Props to TTU for nearly pulling out a short-handed W tonight.
People are acting like ISU was just going to blow them out when they still had very good athletic players.
In some ways I like that better than a"pretty" win. They found how to win in a terrible game where we couldn't buy a bucket in the second half, against a top 25 team.
Some very very concerning things there, hopefully tj can look at a film and be self critical, unlike our last guy.

As ugly as that was, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a game where an undermanned team like that doesn’t play well. Something to be said for being able to play with nothing to lose.

Some adjustments need to happen on offense. Teams have scouted us now and know how to defend us. Conditt or jazz handling the passing duties at the top of the key is just not working

But when people say we don’t deserve to win then that’s BS. We won cause we played better than Tech.
If people want to ***** that we are lucky to win cause Tech shot FTs bad, than Baylor was also lucky to win because we shot 3s 1/14.
We have offensive issues. But Tech has very good D, and our offensive talent level is just not that great. It’s TJs 1st year, and we were picked to finish last in B12. We can only get so much with the players we currently have.

He will be fine. Just needs to learn how to finish at the rim and avoid the occasional mind lapse play.
He’s not in a slump. When your bad shooting nights far outweigh your good shooting nights, your just not a good offensive player. He shoots barely above 30% from the field and barely above 20% from three.
Well. He did manage to shoot an open layup over the backboard with 11 seconds left. So there's that.
