It. Isn't. Reviewable. Unless. Called. On. The. Floor.

whats stopping them from revising it anyway. The ******* let a phantom 3 exist once. They can stop the game and change the call and then bill self would be ********.

He isn't right..We got screwed out of 2 points in a 1 point game. Plus we would have been in way better shape to play out the game had it been called. Clear as day live time when I was watching it
[/QUOT

It’s not 2….its at least 4.

He needs to save some of his voice for the officials.

He (TJ) is very calculating though. I wonder if he is just determined to 'get into the Big 12' rather quietly, pay his dures. I think in time he will get more vocal with the refs.
IMO TJ wants to keep his team focussed on what is controllable. By screaming at the officials he's putting his energy other than on his guys during TO's, etc.

This is one of those takes that I never agree with when it's this blatant. Brockington DID make the play and should have been awarded the two points. Judgment calls on fouls and stuff are one thing to "not put it in the official's hands" but this was not that. This was a blatant blown call.

Completely agree. It's already hard enough to overcome the other team. If you do so, you should win the game.

I don't see anyone making the argument that we should have to be ahead by 5 points at the end of the game to be awarded a victory. Or that the other team should start the game with a 4 point lead. In my mind, those are basically the same as the arguments some are making.

that was not a close call. In college once it hits glass it’s a goaltend. That hit glass.
NOPE, plainly hit the board, doesn't matter what direction it is going after that.
It was a 2. It was a goaltend, there’s no arguing. I have a staunch record of officiating rarely changes outcomes posts. Officiating dictated this outcome.
Wrong read on the rule, I believe. Once it hits the backboard, it's considered downward flight.
My bad. I didn't know or forgot that. Well that was another blown call then at Kansas. Figures. Thanks guys.

Returning to numbnuts status.

it’s a bad rule, but it’s black and white

Yeah I don't get why you can review an elbow on a no foul call and then declare it a flagrant 1 but can't review a potential goal tend inside 2 minutes left. I'm not angry with the goal tend call as its tough to call that in real time plus throughout the game both teams usually get away with some other no-calls that had they happened late in a close game would have been magnified more. It's one of those things with all sports where sometimes I love the replay abilities and other times I wish we'd quit stopping the play so many times to over-analyze something in slow motion replay that didn't look like much in real time when it happened.

Tough loss. This though. No excuses. Two very close calls at the end. the 2-3 pointer and the called blocked shot. Could have been a goaltend. Could have been a great block. It was right at the peak. Argument for it still going up. Argument for it coming down. I guess they should have reviewed that to be sure. But hey, it's at Kansas right.

Need to get them back at Hilton and I think we will. Would have been real nice for Gabe to have made that last second 3 attempt!

0 doubt it was a goaltend. 3/2 maybe close.

I like the look for Gabe but I think I would've liked to see Hunter take it to the rack. Hard to say though.

Onward to Texas in Hilton…should be rocking. You feel for the guys hopefully they bounce back stronger.

ISU needs a win badly. They're a tough team but eventually these close losses wear on a group.

Does anyone remember where bad calls gave us a win?
Missed PI call on Eisworth against Oklahoma in football immediately comes to mind. Vanderbeken shot against Creighton as well.
