Hopefully they learned as much from that film getting their pockets picked as Baugh from TCU clearly did prepping to play them.
After losing at home to TCU, and losing a game they "should have" won at KU, I'm not sure we can qualify a must win game, at least not yet. They just need 7 more wins in conference.
We'd be in with a 7-11 record IMO so all we need is 5 wins.
Where are the wins though if it's not a must win for tourney aspirations?

Take a look at the last 6 conference games. Sans at Baylor, all of them are winnable...IF we play like we have in big wins this season...are all Ws. Again, that's a big if we play like we have shown we can consistently.
Which we would have with a 7-11 league mark and a W vs Missouri. And that's even before KC.

ISU gave up several turn overs at the top of the key for eazy points against TCU. Just can't do that. Also, no easy baskets. Can't do that either.
No, but to get to 7 total is still quite an uphill battle and one of the 'easier' chsnces was this past weekend.
The Cowboys haven't scored more than 6 since 12/13/2021. Both teams are around 300th in the country in 3 point percentage. Both teams are 250+ in turnover rate. OSU plays faster.

Yeah but that game already happened. Can only control what’s in front of us and that’s a lot of winnable games.
Interesting data. Getting in with 19 wins is possible if your team plays in a power conference and they've beaten some ranked teams along the way. Road wins add to the NET that the NCAA uses.
Cyclones need this game tonight to reset themselves. That's my opinion.
