That's Iowa State's first win at Hilton in Big12/SEC Challenge since 2014-15.
I got to sit in row 2 today. It was no better for me.Anyone else notice the cell service in Hilton was drastically better today? I could actually load my ESPN app to check other scores for once.
Never want to see Fred on the opponents bench in Hilton. That would be awful. I would like to preserve at least some of what was special with his relationship to ISU.
Maybe. Thats a big check they have to give him not to coach, unless they have some dirt on him.Dude is getting fired in like a month lol
We are 100% in at 7-11.
I’m guessing unless there is an emergency replacement game scheduled this year vs Nebraska we won’t have to worry about that.Never want to see Fred on the opponents bench in Hilton. That would be awful. I would like to preserve at least some of what was special with his relationship to ISU.

7 - 11 means 4 more wins that would almost certainly all be quad 1 wins. 20-11 with 10 quad 1 wins would be tough to keep out of the tournament. Of course 1 or 2 W's at a post-Covid Hilton South in KC would be nice for seeding.
Remember when the worst P5 team in CBB last year went to Waco and almost won? Baylor ended up winning the title obviously. My opinion of Auburn Basketball is decreasing since they went to the wire with muzzou.
We only need to win 3 out of our next 11 to get in. 19-13 (6-12) would still put us in given who else we'd be compared with at that point. The bubble isn't going to be strong this year. I think we realistically could win another 8 games before March Madness though...the goal at this point shouldn't just be getting in, but getting a seed where you're favored to win your first game, and ideally something in the 4-6 area where you're staying away from the top 2 in your bracket for a while.
OKST isn’t a bad team though. They’ve beaten Baylor and are currently winning by 12 on the road @ Florida.I get the competition is not great the last two games, but really like the movement without the ball and more stubbornness getting to the rim. This team is still going to have some struggles offensively, but they can really give themselves a lot better opportunities if they keep the body and ball movement improving.
