Random Thoughts 16: “Somebody had to do it” edition

Here's my random thought of the day..Cell phones. I've been looking to see if any fanfases are lighting up the stands with them. I see a few are using the flashlight ap. Why not have a link when you enter Hilton where you enter your seat #? You could have an audio and video feed flashing ISU in cardinal and gold. That type of thing as you viewed the crowd. Wonder what that many cell phones cranking bass in unison would sound like?
The cell phone flashlights come out on Juicy Wiggle, and two years ago (during regular attendance times) they would occasionally encourage it at various times during the game (during the team intro, for example). I don't know if my phone flashes a color other than the normal "white" of the flashlight. Is that an app?
Just using the screen lighting would put off enough light wouldn't it? If nothing else put out an audio link for the "Cyclone Power" chants to get everyone in rythm faster..Extra audio out the phones couldn't hurt decibels and sure it would be crisper..
Yeah - don't think I'm tech-savvy enough to do that stuff on the fly. And I don't think I'm alone in that. Might work well in Cyclone Alley, but then there's the wifi issue (as in lack thereof).
Not sure that I care for your progression from word two to three. Or at least Lew should be concerned.
Damn Vodka Sam is about 31 yrs old now. Wonder what she ever ended up doing?
Too much cray also unless she's settled down, I bet she was fun to know in college though.
I wonder if she grew up and settled down or is a party girl in Chicago/Miami something like that.
Supposedly she quit drinking and spoke about the dangers of alcohol. Deleted most of her social stuff at first.
