I think that TJ has really changed things around to get Brockington most of the shots, which is what he needed to do. The shooting percentages of some the other starters are awful. Gabe playing more under control and take the shots that are there has helped too.

I am a little concerned about the defense and the number of offensive boards given up in the WVU game. Love the win but ISU gave up 81 points, and even after they came all the way back to tie the game, they could not get the stops to make that an easier win.

Yes we gave up 81.... but.... the Zebras put WV on the line 27 times... and they shot out of their asses and hit 24 of them.

I know bracketologists are in favor of ISU, but are they IN 'in' or just definitely in at least the play-in game and possibly better?

With a home win against OSU, we are very comfortably in (no play in game). We are playing for seed today. Big opportunity to get us moving towards #7/#6 seed instead of #8/#9.

In the first game both teams had long stretches where they couldn't score. I think this game will be about who can make the right timely adjustments to avoid long droughts. I feel pretty good about our chances today, we've looked more consistent on offense the last few games and I think K State is one of the few teams in conference where we have more options.

Nice. I don't feel great about it, but was able to get ISU +3 at +100 this morning

House money type of game. A loss would suck, but they’re at the point of trying to improve their seed. I’m going to sit back and enjoy the show now that the heavy lifting is done.

Not sure it's the Octagon of Doom; I'd call it the Octagon of Gloom. I don't think our guys fear playing there but it sure can be depressing.

K State has fallen on hard times in terms of attendance. They rank 9th in the conference for conference games attendance with an average of only 6018.

Guessing KState's defense will not let IB go for 25+, so you're probably right about needing those bench points. Or at least the starting supporting cast. Just hope we don't have those lousy turnovers why they overplay every passing lane like the first time.

Yeah, it was pretty frustrating to watch. They were beating the crap out of Condett in the post and grabbing Brockington every time he tried to cut without a call and then calling much lighter fouls on ISU on the other end.

I disagree. I think one of the keys to our 3 game streak is more balanced shot selection. We run a lot for Brockington but we have been doing much less high post entry and it’s creating more opportunities for everyone else.

I hated the stand around and hope Brockington is hot offense we were running during the losing streak.

It’s hard to have an opinion on these guys when the majority of their broadcasts are remote. No one can do remote well as the game just moves too fast. They seem fine when they’re actually in the arena.

I selfishly want today and/or Wed. to be sure. Yes, I get the weak bubble and we are in good position now...but I don't think its a guarantee if you somehow ended up 6-12 in your conference. I will agree if we just get one more conference win...promise.
