I don't know about all of social media, but I would certainly hope recruits and players don't look at CF when the team is struggling. This place is a cesspool when their is a loss. I wouldn't be surprised if Twitter and other social media outlets are just as bad. I don't think it's an ISU fan thing either, it's a societal thing.
This statement about diversity came 6-years after Bill was rehired. That written, now that the university's athletic department has set the marker, I'd like to see them follow through with a minority as the next head coach. There are plenty of qualified candidates.

This is after the A.D. said he'd hire someone before the Final 4. That's all we know. Everything else is speculation. Let's see how it develops.

Brad is obviously dirty. Wouldn't the high moral ground you stand on keep you from supporting him at K-State?
He's not my favorite for his ties to the FBI sting and because I don't believe he's a particularly great coach. He's benefited enormously, as I've written, from having Orlando Antiqua's recruits. Antiqua is now on Kentucky's staff.
But, Underwood would bring the now-shattered fanbase back together. That's why hiring him would make sense if for no other reason.
I believe Missouri and K-State will have many of the same dudes on their lists: Underwood, English, my favorite Tang, Valentine, Ford, Jans, etc. Endless.
Knowing K-State's A.D., Gene Taylor very well may have his guy long targeted. Most directors keep an ongoing list.
English would not be a particularly popular hire in COMO. I've been watching to see how they'd move on C'Martin; now their coaching search.
