Both are great. Using bread flour it has more of a texture of English Muffin bread. Using AP it is more like regular bread.
Either way the flavor is much better than kneaded bread IMHO
I think my phone may be waging a battle for my soul.
I use a free app called "Colorscape"...kind of a paint by numbers thing. I find it relaxing. The downside of free apps is the ads you have to play to move on in the game (fortunately there aren't as many on this app as there are on others).
Today, the first ad that popped up was for a game called cube master. The object is to match 3 cubes at a time, causing the cylinder wall to collapse. Familiar theme. The caption on the demo was "I can't get her out". As you watch the walls falling in the demo, you start seeing a nekkid woman (naughty bits are still behind the wall). Well, alrighty then...
Second ad that popped up was an app for daily prayer devotionals, with the caption "God needs you to have the Bible on your phone".

The AARP must be getting desperate. I think I have gotten 4 mailings from them in the last 2 weeks.
My cousin in marketing said their magazine has the largest circulation in the country. Something like 40 million subscribers.
The reactions I get from people when I tell them I don’t drink alcohol, smoke, or chew is kinda funny. A lot of people wonder what I do. Which probably tells you more about them than anythinng
I don't smoke (anymore) and never chewed, and I probably average one or two alcoholic beverages a month - which is why Velo's magic drink machine gets the best of me - zero tolerance!
And yet I find plenty of things to occupy my time. Don't let peer pressure make you do something you don't want to do!
