I meet with a group of guys for coffee on Friday mornings. One of the hawk fans was wearing Iowa State gear this morning. Another hawk fan mentioned that he might have to switch allegiances as well.
yeah, that is the thing about the Big12 this season. Hard to fear teams like Wisconsin and Miami when they had many games against better teams.
Miami is shooting like 10% from three through the first 2 games on of the tournament so expect 50%+ tonight
By the time we tip off we will be 1 of 10 teams left with a chance to win it all. Simply incredible when you think where the program was a year ago at this time.

I'm not going to complain if Enaruna doesn't get a lot of minutes, definitely trust Otz, but I do hope he gets good run tonight and makes the most of it. I think this seems like a good matchup for him and wouldn't be surprised if he had a few offensive rebound put backs.
Scary to me because of the virtual unknown. I haven't watched a minute of their NCAA Tournament games or their reg. season. Something about the Florida ACC schools just doesn't move the needle for me, I can never get myself to casually watch them in either fball or bball.

I am not one to usually do this, but I will jump the gun here. How sweet would it be to bounce this Miami team for a Elite 8 matchup with KU? I would love nothing more than to send Rock Chalk home from the NCAA's. That would automatically become the greatest win in program history if it comes to pass.
If we get KU/ISU on Sunday, pretty much every non-KU fan there will be cheering for ISU, you can bet on that.
