Embarrassing
That is embarrassing. And to top it off…. the best ISU QB ever (at least according to some on here)….. won’t even be drafted at all most likely.
Embarrassing
You think Henry didn’t change the way teams played against Tennessee. Great players make you account for them and still produce. That helps the team. It’s not as simple as looking at positional statistics.Or how about Tennessee? Derrick Henry was killing it early last year before he got hurt. The Titans were averaging 147 rushing yards per game. After he went down? They dropped. 12 yards per game, to 135. Henry was worth a 9% increase in rushing yards over his replacement.
Lol @ NFL. Big 12 apparently has no round 1 talent
Absolutely no one.Who out of the B12 was projected to go that early besides possibly Hall?
Only reason I watched last night was for Breece. Normally I just check what happened the next day. Should be about half the time to get through the first round.I couldn't watch for more than two rounds.
I'll never understand the circus like excitement for the draft.

He also missed half the season and they still got the #1 seed.Or how about Tennessee? Derrick Henry was killing it early last year before he got hurt. I guess I'm in the minority here but I absolutely love to watch the draft. Seeing the highlights and the stories I think is a great filler for time while waiting for the NCAA/NFL seasons. I like both college and pro football so it's great to see the 2 come togetherIt feels like there needs to be a 30 minute to 1 hour highlight show to go through the picks quickly and break down what happened. 10 minutes between picks is way too long to fill. Basically like the NCAA selection show.
Quite frankly, I don't think most fans care one bit about all the backstory filler material that ESPN puts in there. Just stick to what the teams need and what their pick is going to do for them. Shouldn't take all night. If the teams need that time, then maybe it wasn't a made for TV event that they've turned it into.
I'd like it more if they removed the desk people and just live streamed the war room before each pick.I guess I'm in the minority here but I absolutely love to watch the draft. Schefter seems to think it will be a DL:Tampa Bay up first tonight. ESPN's tracker says Dean is the best available, but Hall is the best fit.
Of course they do. But my point is that even with the difference between an elite running back and a replacement, it's not often sizable enough for many teams to be comfortable spending a first round pick on one.You think Henry didn’t change the way teams played against Tennessee. A lot of people watch, though. Clearly there's an audience for it. The ratings are very good, considering it's a sporting event without a game/match/competition.It feels like there needs to be a 30 minute to 1 hour highlight show to go through the picks quickly and break down what happened. 10 minutes between picks is way too long to fill. Oh God that will be tough for me if I have to cheer for a Tom Brady teamI think Breece has a good shot at going to Tampa Bay with the first pick of the second round. They only have Leonard Fornette and KeyShawn Vaughn. Could have traded back to second round because they knew no one was trading into the first to draft an RB.
How much does a ticket to that cost?I think watching/having it on is fine.
I just can't buy it as must see TV or understand dressing like a cartoon character for it.
Like actually going to it...people pay that much to go watch people walk on a stage and hug Roger?
