Sam Schuyler beats Hendrickson of Air Force 12-6
I think it's safe to say Paniro is going to be pretty decent in college
Should have stayed on the Flo symbol. Garvin too slick in the nuances of freestyle that score no points in folk style.
And yet Paniro squeaks it out wow. But hurt ribs is bad. But man is he quick on his high crotch!!
Heck of a match. Garvin up 4-2 and Paniro gets hurt at end of 1st. Goes down 9-2 early in 2nd and comes back to win 9-9 on criteria
Coleman into the finals with a 10-0 win over 3 seed Webster! He is continuing to look extremely good after an all American season
Coleman and Bastida are such awesome Bash Brothers to have in the lineup.
Knopick is still alive. Schuyler is wrestling way different. Very quick and more aggressive. Totally outwrestled Hendrickson. Very impressive.
Agreed. The risk/reward tradeoff in freestyle from neutral has guys more open and confident. Knowing you can risk an attack and give up a TD and not get ridden for 2 minutes with guy on top just running you out of bounds and dropping to a leg has these guys wrestling wide open. Plus you can get down 4-8 points in a match and still get back in it. Really enjoying the action today.
I know I have heard that at most he weights 165, maybe 170 and has never had to cut any weight. I really don’t think 157 would be that big of a cut for him. To me, Gaitan looks bigger and potentially our 174 of the future while Rojas will be 157/165
