Have an international client that likes to communicate through this channel for ease at times. I'm not familiar with it. Is it good or bad? Thoughts?

Basically everyone I’ve talked to internationally has used WhatsApp for communication, including my sibling that has lived overseas for like 5 years now.

I think it's huge basically everywhere but the US.

Used it to work with a vendor in Australia pre pandemic and pre everyone getting their stuff figured out with Teams/WebEx.
