3. Hiring Johnny Orr.
4. Hiring Danny Mac.

We didn't even trademark "Science", or "Technology", or "of".

Donnie squandered what Earle Bruce had built at Iowa State because he wasn't a very good coach and struggled to make adjustments. His teams would would start off strong but fade badly down the stretch. Criner was the coach after Duncan. He cheated and still couldn't win.

We should have hired John Cooper (later coached at Ohio State after Bruce) instead of Duncan.

Some thought ISU would be a good idea, but it was never serious. It was Pittsburgh and Michigan State, but Michigan State benefited by corrupting their way into the conference, plus Ohio State didn't want Pittsburgh.

I'll concede ISU could've done worse than someone from the Fry coaching tree at least by '88. Just saying it wasn't obvious he could lift a program even worse historically than ours, with no HC experience.

I didn't know Snyder was interested post-Bruce, only the Cooper angle.

We are not referring to Walking Cy here are we? As far as "running" Cy's, I found two. What am I missing?
