The only redeeming quality to that trophy is the fact that it’s not the farce that preceded it.
Oh…plus the fact it’s about to reside in Ames.
I couldn’t help but notice how many of the first players over there were from eastern Iowa. Petersen, Krezek, Maro and Rus, just off the top of my head.

Man IDK what to say. I remember getting bullied as a kid for being a Cyclone fan in eastern Iowa... Now, there are successful Cyclones in the NBA and NFL and I just can't get enough of it. So glad to finally get this one and absolutely love how Georges, Monte, Tyrese, THT, and I'm sure others that I didn't see are all over it. Just so ******* fun and today feels extra sweet.
Guys in the leagues that come back around to shout out to their school. Can't love it enough.
What a special generation of Cyclones that MBB had come out of it. They all kept popping up in Butler's Twitter space.
