I just saw video of a Houston player attacking/shoving another Cougar player on the sidelines in the Jayhawk game.

What was the cause? Not a good look, but not surprising for a Holgerson coached team.

The first player (I think #13) was involved in some kind of scuffle when Houston was near the goal line and got a personal foul. I believe the second player was confronting him on the side line about it

Losing to Kansas will cause player scuffles…but Kansas has now beaten Texas, WVU, and now Houston as of late, so maybe it’s not as bad as it used to be.

So is Kansas actually good at football now? This is quite an impressive start for them.

The teams that we usually can expect to beat (Tech and Kansas) look a lot better this year. I was thinking 5 conference wins would be a good season…I don’t know if we can get to 5.

It’s tough to gauge our team against Big 12 opponents so far: sometimes, our offense is flawless and can score on anybody, other times, it is off and can’t score on anybody. Our D is solid as usual. Our special teams remain, well, special. Saturday is going to be a huge test. Beat Baylor- it could be a special season, lose, we’re probably looking at 7 wins or so.

I think entire conference may be between 15-50 out of 131 including Texas, OU and the four new adds.

Maybe no top ten team but worst team probably better than 7 worst big ten teams.
