He called a good game. Not perfect, but a B+ is good enough in my books. Dekkers looked more confident. We'll get some Big 12 wins if we play like we did today.

He called a good enough game for us to win. The offense looked solid and functional when I got to watch, and often even good to very good.

I didn’t watch, but tuned in off and on on the radio. Really liked hearing both Norton and Brock being in the game, as well as throws downfield.

Now if we could just have a game with that offensive gameplan while not giving it away on special teams. . .

Thought they called a good game today. Makes the losses sting even a bit more because these were things we've been wanting to see forever. But today they used more than the first page of the playbook and looked better doing it.

The drops today killed us. Not selling the play action on the big sack play really hurt. It is designed to make the defense hesitate, and they half as@ed it. The result was the sack. The delayed stretch hand off off to Silas right before the INT was a horrible call. The zone read was working, should have maybe ran that instead.

It was good but makes the game vs KU even more frustrating. We let their defense dictate to us…KU…dictating to us.
Almost assuredly wins against Kansas and K-State if these changes are made 2 weeks ago, but I'm glad they were made anyway. Just can't go back to no tempo, slowly developing handoffs, and being terrified of pushing the ball downfield after the bye.
