Bingo. He's a really athletic kid for his size, no doubt. But IMO, his handle is average at best by big 12 standards. Maybe you can give him the benefit of the doubt he will see the court better with experience, but his shot is obviously a red flag. He also seemed to have butter fingers at times securing loose balls and maintaining possession in traffic.He didn't like being the only true point guard here. If you want to play in the NBA you better show them that you're a good point guard, because you definitely won't be playing any other positions. I don't know how going to play with another point guard is going to show the NBA anything.
He has the tools to be an NBA level on-ball defender on the perimeter, but his lack of size is going to make him an easy target for mismatch actions to get him in the paint.
