Thanks again to @madguy30 for this topic!

What character or characters would you like to have seen killed off that weren't? This could be because you thought they were actually evil, or just annoying or whatever.

I've mentioned it before but Laura Dern in Jurrasic Park.

Probably right at this scene or just prior when she's being about as loud as possible and overacting.

Literally every character on Succession?*

*except Tom Wambsgans, he's great. And possibly Greg the Egg.

Skyler White from Breaking Bad
Chris Partlow from The Wire

I think I am posting this as a mom and a wife, which is why my perspective is different. But I always have trouble understanding why people crap on Skyler. For sure she is not as fun as Walter, but somebody had to hold **** together at home and make safe decisions for the kids as Walter became increasingly erratic. I also would have an issue if my previously mild-mannered husband of X years took up cooking meth and killing people to cover it up, leading to the death of my favorite (annoying) sister’s spouse.

She didn’t need to have sex with skeezy idiot Ted, but she wasn’t alone in acting out.

When she made that VHS tape with Walt and placed the blame on Hank I was done with her. Laundering money was one thing but she ended up kind of being an accomplice towards the end, and she still gets the "lottery ticket."

I get the beginning where she is scared shitless and wants to protect the family but there were other paths to choose.

Donna Noble from Dr. Who. All she did was complain and was never very helpful to the Doctor.

And looking at recent news from the series, she's going to be back.

Meredith Freaking Grey.

She's the most insufferable main character in TV history.

Amen! I go to the man cave whenever the wife watches that show. I think there was 1 season several years ago when she didn't have a heartbeat for like 2 hours while they were operating on her and I told my wife "come on! there is no way in hell they would continue working that long on someone like that in real life." Then by the end of the episode she was sitting up and talking normal after the operation which I doubt someone without a heartbeat for 2 hours would be functional that quick or not have some kind of long term health issue. The wife mentioned the other day she was already 3 episodes behind on the new season which my response was "isn't that a shame..."

My wife still watches the show. She's of the opinion that its ready to end, and she continues watching it because she started it, so she wants to finish it.

I was fine with her. Could not understand much Rose Tyler said.

I don’t think that there are many “good people” from start to finish in the show, for certain. Even Walt Jr becomes sort of a brat at times.

You people nailed it with Meredith Grey. My wife watches that show and I will casually catch bits and pieces, and I swear the woman has been dead 8 different times. She's got to hold some kind of record as being the only person to survive a plane crash, workplace shooting, car accident, train derailment, falling out of a ski lift, having a regulator go out while scuba diving, bear attack, congestive heart failure, and a nasty bout of Covid. I honestly only think I've made up like 3 of these.

I wish Lucas would have stuck to his guns that he was a Sith.

Sort of a homage to the big twist in Foundation and Empire if you are familiar.

She was almost disemboweled by an Achillobator a few minutes before that.

I think the manic terror is justified.
