If Brock manages to lead this team to the Super Bowl, it will be one the biggest stories not just in the NFL, but in all of sports.

I wonder how he's coping with the sudden white hot spotlight. I'm afraid if I were him, I'd have to take serious medication just to sleep at night.

Not exactly sure.

If he leads them to the super bowl, ISU could not get better exposure.

I know it's apples and oranges, but IMO Brock had to deal with a decent amount of spotlight at a young age. Few are the man on campus as TRFR and fewer still are the man for campus for 4 straight years and then have the opportunity to make it at the next level.

I feel like the last pick, the title of mr. irrelevant has paired nicely with his skill to provide the needed humility to not believe his own hype, stay focused on his assignments and lean into those around him.

That said, I scrolled through some tweets last night and I felt very proud/happy for him for all the recognition he's getting.

Hope he can take a page out of Georges and Haliburton's book and make his lasting mark. Do big things

It’s early, but Brock playing well and getting 49ers on a playoff run would be a huge boost for him, whether he stays with them long term or not.

Ryan Fitzpatrick made $82MM in his career by being a reliable, clutch QB for many teams. Chase Daniel has made $41MM and has only started five games in his career.

Chase Daniel had it made being able to make that much and be able to sit on the bench for so long.

Remember him tearing it up at Mizzou seemingly eons ago. Come to find out he's been in the league the whole time...

Can't remember which Dannette, maybe Seton, was a big Purdy fan when he was at ISU.

It was Seton, he went to West Virginia and watched us kick the crap out of them Brock's freshman year when they were ranked 6th and said Brock would win a Heisman. Didn't quite turn out that way lol

Is there a semi load of crow headed for cyclonefanatic?
He's got to win more than one game still before we anoint the kid the second coming of Montana. He still seems to me like a 10 year back-up who gets a few starts here and there like Sage once upon a time. I hope he goes into fall camp next year and beats Trey Lance out of a job though.
