I wouldn't be mad at a loss, but we are just garbage tonight. Its not that Iowa is playing well or anything. unreal from the Free-throw line, Can't make a 3 and being out hustled. They all should walk back to Ames for this crap.

I'd say that was a pretty good 3rd quarter by Iowa. Did Clark hit 3 30' 3s there? C'mon. We just didn't hit a shot, so the difference was HUGE! This is what last year looked like in reverse. It happens.

Nothing else explains the missed FTs or why you have Soares driving the ball in from the corner (turnover) or Diew chucking up guarded 3s while falling away from the basket (hit the top of the backboard).

This is a still a good team that can win a lot of games. But it’s safe to say many of those preseason expectations were a pipe dream. We will see 5 teams in conference better than this Iowa team.

I actually only think 1 team is ACTUALLY better than us in the Big 12 (Texas)... we just aren't that much better than the rest of the teams to just roll out and roll through the conference.

Bill stopped coaching - so damn sick of this garbage of letting the players figure it out. Almost cost us the game in Cedar Falls and is going to cost us tonight unless there is a miracle in the 4th quarter.

I can see them both getting beat pretty badly by any team with physicality.

This Clark is good but fits very well in Hokdom.

So we know there’s a second half to basketball games right? This team needs to learn to compete in the 2nd Half and that includes Bill.

I thought it was just a thing in the UNC game, but this keeps happening.

Yeah I don’t really know. She really struggles with ball control and her shot looks awful. She had some good moments down the stretch last year but it doesn’t seem like she’s developed her game at all since then.

Diew was great at the end of last season. Needs to get some confidence going or she needs to sit. She’s not guarding, passing, or shooting well at all.

this is a bad game for both teams. Don't judge them based on this game. Rivalry games are just odd.
