Jacob Frost dominates Thorpe. So impressed with these two Frost boys. Jacob lost to Thorpe 20 days ago, beat him 7-4 14 days ago and crushes him today.

I don't know how the weights will shake out in the future, but I won't be a bit surprised if these two force their way into the lineup somewhere next year.
Depth is a beautiful thing to see. :)

Are the Frost brothers to big to go 125 and 133 next year? Could they get into the line up at those two weights?
I would tend to think Casey would slide up to 49 and Evan and Jacob would compete for 33 & 41 with Ram and Zac. No idea where that leave Panario though as I'm not sure he has the frame to go 57, but maybe?

Judge handled Cam rather easily imo. Cam couldn't get anything going. Cam didn't seam to have the fight this match.

On another note I love listening to Nate Carr coach. He's such a positive guy and has to be a tremendous asset for our wrestlers. Anthony Ech having a good day.

He whose name is not to be mentioned got 1st at 149, though it seems it was quite a weak weight and he didn't look overly impressive. Got to think Panario hands it to him if they ever scrap.

Paniro might not conceed 149. He has been very impressive so far. I think Casey could fill out and be a tough 157 guy. It's going be fun seeing all these young studs figure things out.

Devine pins Rojas. Manny seemed to be getting the best of things on their feet, but Joel had a big advantage on top.

Rojas looked really small compared to Devine. Good TD early but when Joel got on top he turned him and got the fall.

How much Casey sucking down to get to 41? Has he said he’s only doing 41 once?

I follow all the wrestling but I don’t really have a pulse on the non starters our freshman in the room. What are the chances the Frosts twins make the line up in the future? Seem pretty salty

I’m wondering the same. Been a couple/few who suggest him bumping up in the future. I mean…I could see it at some point, but I’m also not seeing him as a huge 141. Woods looked bigger.

The smaller one sooner than the bigger one potentially.

Now will people finally believe me that kraisser is a bad matchup for cam?

The result is not a shock to the coaches
So do you think kraisser is just a bad matchup for cam and that he would be the better option overall? So sick of having a hole at either 157 or 165 for what feels like an eternity

Cam tried going to 157 last year & seemed to have better results at 149. Not sure how committed he ever was towards putting on muscle to be a 157 or if he loses his length advantage

Straight to the point, I like it. What do you think the future is going into next year for 157 then?
We still haven’t seen Euton at 157. He was the one wrestler under the radar that I thought would be a stud. I hope he has a chance to show what he has in Opens later this season. Kraisser basically loss most of last year so it doesn’t surprise me he struggling a little but should get better and better through out the season.

The last time we had an undersized middle weight bumping up a weight it worked out pretty well…his name was Chris Bono. Very similar build as Johnson but even shorter.

There is another scenario that hasn’t been discussed. AE becoming eligible next season and going down to 141 with Swiderski/Johnson/Euton at 149/157. Talking only from a wrestling perspective AE would be extremely tough at 141.

So many options but plan to enjoy the rest of this season first.

I second this.
I'm antsy to get a look at Euton and see how he does with DI competition.
