Do you really think this game will make a difference?
Assuming Iowa State gets to 17 wins this year, they're going to have a strong enough resume to get in without needing the win against one of the worst teams in the country.

If ISU gets to 17 wins (would've been 18 with Omaha) they will likely be on the right side of the bubble.
Yah watching 7; 5-6 year seniors play in the nit tourney would not be worth watching. Hopefully the team and coaches have higher standards for the year.
There is no scenario in which an NCAA tourney bid hinges on this game, except potentially if we lost it.

The Lombardi Institute located on 400 wooded acres outside Fon du Lac Wi. Home of the midgets. Can't be over 4ft. to attend. Must have at least 40" vertical to try out for the team. Known for our highflyers. We reject mediocrity. Our players are so committed that if a growth streak is coming on; they will wear a 300lb stack of weights on their heads to stay under 4ft. That's my favorite team. I cheer for the Cyclones but I fear they will never have that level of sheer commitment and rejection of mediocrity.
