Side note about McClure, is he moving up the ranks of analysts? Seems like he's never been on an ESPN2 broadcast. He is usually on ESPN+ and occasionally on ESPNU it seems.
Oh, I acknowledge that, but I do still think its impressive that every single place they play, they get everyone's Best effort and the crowd is insane. The crowd at OU for us tonight will be different than when Kansas goes to OU. But I 100% agree KU does get away with some bloody murder sometimes.Yes and the refs only give them 4 blatantly awful calls at road games instead of 8 at home. Road woes abound for KU.
Best thing about these 6pm games is I don't have to worry about missing the first 5 minutes because of the previous game. Sort of like earlier flights being much more likely to depart on time.
I hope that Carver game was an anomaly and not what to expect from this team on the road.
Getting rid of cable and going to streaming service has been a revelation for me this year. I can start the game whenever the kids are in bed - and skip the commercials! What is this magic!?!The tradeoff is, my wife still expects me to help bathe the kids and get them in bed at 7:30

It'll be dark. Set the clocks ahead and get to work. The tradeoff is, my wife still expects me to help bathe the kids and get them in bed at 7:30
7:30 sounds amazing to me. We can't get ours to calm down til almost 9 most nights. He is only 2, too.The tradeoff is, my wife still expects me to help bathe the kids and get them in bed at 7:30
We really need to stop having both teams overlapping so much!Guys on the big TV and gals on the laptop screen. Gals should roll the Mountain Mama's at Hilton so not thinking that's going to be as an important game as the guys in Soonerland. Need to steal some road wins, might as well start tonight!
When we had bed time problems with our 2 year old, we cut out his afternoon nap which approached 3 hours. He was ready for bed then at 730. Now at 4.5 years seems like 730 bed time is becoming a problem again.7:30 sounds amazing to me. We can't get ours to calm down til almost 9 most nights. He is only 2, too.
