No, he's not done but he 100% plays for himself. He's a really sh!tty teammate and I don't think there are many franchises that will want anything to do with him. His best days are behind him.

Not going to debate what kind of teammate he is because none of us truly know, but if you think other teams wouldn’t take him you’re crazy. When healthy he is an elite QB and still one of the very best in the league even at his age.
I really think he missed Adams and had no real number one receiver until Watson started to come around. I do think he is done which as a Packer fan, sucks. His offensive line was also crap this year. Hope he comes back one more year but the way he walked off the field, looking around, taking it all in, refusing a Jersey swap with his friend. Makes me think he is done, at least in Green Bay. The only thing I think could bring him back is next season is a huge number that he will get paid. Like 54 million or some crap.

I am on the fence. I could see him packing it in. I could see him asking for a trade. I could see him running it back with Green Bay.
I wouldn't have thought a trade would have been possible with his contract, but it's not as far fetched as I thought, if Green Bay is going to do a rebuild.

It does seem like a franchise set up to win now but could benefit from an even slight upgrade at QB makes sense. Not sure who really fits that bill though. The Raiders and Rams will probably be looking for QBs in the offseason, but their rosters both suck. Maybe he goes to Miami where he can throw to Tyreek and Jaylen Waddle? San Fran would be the obvious front runner, although seems like they could also end up with Brady.
He's done. Whether or not that means he stops playing is another story. Perhaps he'll be an anchor on Green Bay for the remainder of his contract before he hangs it up. But with some of the young QB's out there and the cost of his contract, he wouldn't be in the top 5 trade options would he?
As a lifelong Packers fan, I am done with him. Tired of the drama, blaming others for his own mistakes. As opposed to someone like Brady, who took less money to get better players around him, Rodger’s vanity drives him to get top dollar. Even during the season, he seems too distracted by his side gigs. Guessing Watson would have come along a bit sooner if he spent more time with him. Part of his problem with never showing up for camp.
I hate Rodgers and the Packers, however that ”sh!tty teammate“ was responsible for Lazard getting played.
LMAO I think this year has shown exactly what kind of teammate he is.
I honestly think he’s going to retire. Not sure football is his top priority anymore and I respect that. It might not be worth trying to limp into games in his 40s trying to chase another Super Bowl. He kinda seems like he has other goals in life.
I'm not sure on Watson. It was a big step up from FCS to the NFL. He was also banged up in preseason/early part of the regular season, which probably contributed to his struggles. He doesn't always run the correct routes and doesn't have the best hands. Love his size and he's lightning fast, so the potential is certainly there for him to become great. It will probably come to fruition (or won't) with Love as opposed to Rodgers though, at this point.
I can’t get the last playoff game out of my head. EQ St. Brown absolutely wide open and nothing but grass between him and a TD. Lazard also wide open, with a first down for sure and possibly one defender who could keep him out of the end zone. But let’s toss it up to Adams in triple coverage and blow another championship game in Green Bay.
He’s a ******* diva and will let this play out all off season because he knows the talking heads will slob his knob over the “decision”. It’s ridiculous.
If we are to believe the feel good stories about Brock, they seem to have a different approach in SF with their new guys.
