It will be interesting to see how well Bennett plays at the next level when he does not have elite level players around him at every level. Purdy need had that ISU, and now we are seeing what he could do once he had it. Lots of Alabama QB's flame out in the NFL, when all of a sudden, the other team has talent on the same level.
I don't think anyone, and even himself, truly thinks he's an NFL QB. I cannot stand this whole thing with Bennett being, "Well the talent around him blah blah blah." Dude is tossing dimes and running an absolute perfect offense tonight. The 4th Quarter against Ohio State was perfection. The guy has done things that Matthew Stafford, Aaron Murray, etc. couldn't do with the same type of talent around them. Said it earlier, the guy is a phenomenal college QB, very much like Ken Dorsey for Miami.

The Twitter feed is just CFB writers piling on, it's pretty gross. Reminds me of the way they behave towards us every new round of realignment.

Mac, Tua and Hurts all say "Hi". I think Bryce Young will struggle though if he lands in a crap-hole like Houston. He could be a great QB in a finely tuned system, but I don't think he is a franchise guy like Peyton Manning or John Elway were. He's too small.
Mac looks like an average QB at best, Tua still has people doubting him, saying is it him or the receivers, and until this year, Hurts had done nothing. The only one of the three that would be considered at the top of the league is Hurts, and no one would take him over Allen, Mahomes, Rodgers, Herbert and a couple others.

Unfortunately, the Big 12 is a mid-major in football. Can midmajors sometimes upset blue bloods? Sure, TCU did against Michigan…

But when it comes down to it, the Top 2 Big 12 teams this year (Kansas State/TCU) got assblasted in bowl games against top SEC teams

I guess the folks who disagreed with my 50 point beat down statement were right on the money!

They are all starters though, and that is hard to do in the NFL. 3 out of 32 (when healthy).

Granted apples to oranges, but how does it feel to get your ass kicked TCU? I had to recheck the cyclone game. 62-14
